Coverall Windows takes pride in the workmanship and quality that goes into every one of the products that we offer and that is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Who is covered ?

Coverall Windows extends this warranty only to the original retail purchaser.

What is covered ?

This warranty only applies to products sold and professionally installed by Coverall Windows in the original residential opening it was intended for.

What is not covered ?

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by accidents; alteration; misuse; abuse, or extraordinary use; exposure to salt air; insect damage; improper reinstallation, cleaning or other maintenance. Warranties will cease if product is moved from its original place of installation. all fabrics and woods will lose color intensity after long exposure to sun. This color loss is not covered by warranty. All cords will eventually wear out and is considered normal wear and tear and are not covered by warranty. All Vertical slats , pvc(vinyl) and fabric, only carry a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer. Warranties from all manufacturers of components and finished products DO NOT cover removal, installation , travel or shipping costs after a period of one year.

What Coverall Windows will do ?

For a period of one (1) year from date of purchase, Coverall Windows will come to your home, free of charge, and service the products we manufacture. Also for the period of one(1) year from the original date of purchase we will cover, at no cost to the original purchaser, the costs associated with the removal, reinstallation in original opening, travel and shipping of products produced by an outside source.

After a period of one(1) year Coverall Windows will repair or replace all or any part of the product that is determined to have a manufacturing defect, free of charge, provided it is returned to Coverall Windows by the original purchaser.

After a period of one(1) year your Coverall Windows representative would be glad to provide a service call and repair or replace your product for a nominal service charge.
